ToDo2Memo

Most of the screenshots are reduced to b/w images to save bandwidth.

	This Palm Application exports the entries of the ToDoDB to a Memo Pad entry.
	The value max. Desc. length determines how many characters of the description of the ToDo entry is exported. Just the first 150 Bytes of the description will be exported. If it was cut off,it is indicated by three dots (...).
	Hit All to choose which Category should be exported. You can select a category of the todo's to be exported or "All" for all todo's.
	You can select which ToDo's should be included in the Memo. You can choose all only pending only completed
	Hit Show to choose how private marked record should be treated. On devices with Palm OS© version 3.5 or better, you can push the trigger that shows up the current setting and choose between hide, mask or show. If you choose mask records (available since OS 3.5), the description will be -private-. If you choose hide Records, no private records will be exported to the log. On Palm™ Handheld with Palm OS 3.3 or less, you have to switch to the Security App and choose between hide or show.
	Hit ToDoDB if you use Project available from http://projects4palmos.sourceforge.net you can select the database that should be exported. This feature is only available, if there are any further databases created with Project.

The Memo Pad entry will look like       ToDo2Memo [currentDateInYourFormat]       ( ) title [dueDate]       (X) title ( ) means not done (X) means done [dueDateInYourFormat] Date Format choosen in den Preferences App -> Format. All bytes exeding 4096 Bytes will be cut off and a warning will shown up.

Don't forget to backup your data before using it.
Before using that piece of software make a complete backup of you device (and make sure that the restore will work !). I prefer pilot-xfer or SmartBackup for that job.
Altough i am quite carefull, there might be a bug.

Tested on Palm OS 3.3, 3.4, 4.0 and 5.0.

This Software is Nag Free Shareware. You have to buy a License to use it. If you register you will recieve the latest version with the latest enhancements as soon as it is available via eMail. The latest version is not available via download.

Any distribution of that Software via CD-ROM, Internet or other media without the permission of the author is not allowed.

These applications are distributed as archives files. To extract the original files from an archive, you can use WinZip (.zip) for Windows or StuffIt Expander (.sit) for Macs.

Have a look at that documentation if you don not know how to install the Application. on your PalmOS enabled device.
